Now Hiring:
Licensed Mental Health Provider

We provide a supportive, professional environment where you can focus on what matters most—your clients.

Our focus is meeting the unique mental health needs of the Cedar Valley through a local, family-run private practice setting. We provide the support and flexibility for each provider to meet the specific needs of their clientele. We value professional collaboration to provide the best support and care for our clients.

To be a good fit, having clinical focus on couples and family counseling, children and adolescence, and work-related issues is beneficial. Common support needed in this setting include: anxiety, depression, couples, work stress, trauma, career development, parenting strategies, stressors in the college population, grief, and phase of life transitions.

What We Offer:

  • A steady stream of referrals so you can focus on counseling, not constant marketing

  • The ability to focus on specialty areas of individual practice

  • Administrative support—scheduling, billing, insurance, and office management are handled for you

  • Clinician credentialing provided in-house

  • Flexible scheduling options

  • An easy EHR system for clinicians and clients

  • A collaborative and welcoming team culture

  • The ability to consult with other counselors

  • Opportunities for personal and professional development

  • Continuing Education opportunities

  • Health and dental insurance available

  • Comfortable office space designed with both counselors and clients in mind

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Iowa

  • Commitment to providing professional, compassionate, evidence-based care

  • Dedication to maintaining professional practice that complies with state and federal regulations

  • Someone who values teamwork and professional growth

  • Ability to independently manage primary counseling responsibilities (including completing sessions, timely and professional documentation, and professional communication with clients and other professionals).

  • Must be proactive in communication about problems or concerns and have a willingness to engage all other team members in a supportive way.
